Joanna possesses a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from University of California. Her company Joanna’s Nannies is a seven-figure agency, 6-time “Best Places to Work Award” winner and a "Best of San Francisco" winner. Joanna is a Certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist Trainer as well as a certified mediator. She also has experience with EOS and Groundwork systems.

Joanna’s zone of genius is all things systems and processes, technology/software, management, finances/bookkeeping/budgeting, problem solving, and starting a business.

Joanna describes her communication and consulting style as direct and productive, aiming to find and solve the core issue rather than the symptoms. She is comfortable working with all different personality types and working styles, and has experience adjusting her services based on each clients’ needs.

Joanna lives in Bend, Oregon and loves skiing, snowboarding, and traveling the world. She’s currently learning all about Ikigai (the Japanese philosophy on finding your purpose) and practicing her Japanese.
