How It Works
Getting Started
We’ll schedule an introductory call and send over some paperwork to get to know you, your business, your goals and your pain points. We’ll gain an understanding of how you prefer to work, how often you want to meet, and what type of communication you’re looking for along the way.
The Roadmap
From there, we’ll create a roadmap for you - looking at your goals, making sure they’re SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) and how you’ll be able to tell when you’re on the path towards them - and when you’re not. We’ll suggest a meeting frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to check in on your progress and help navigate obstacles as they come up.

Rocking and Rolling
Once we have a plan in place everyone feels great about, we’ll formally onboard you and make sure your consultant/s are fully NDAed and read into your project before any information is exchanged! You’ll receive periodic emails from us checking in on how things are going and suggestions as you begin working towards your finish lines.
Checking In
Depending on how you set up your long-term, annual or quarterly goals, we’ll arrange check-ins at a frequency that works for you to help keep you on track, and address any roadblocks or issues that come up along the way. If your goals or priorities shift, we’ll shift alongside you - no worries!
