No plans, no unused calls, no auto-debits, no BS.
This is one area where we are respectfully not following our own business coaches’ advice. A lot of consultants have multi-tiered packages or set monthly fees you commit to upon signing on, with plenty of opportunities for upsells along the way. These plans are often developed to be betting against you - banking on you not showing up, not tracking how many calls you have left, or losing interest in general.
We think that model totally sucks.
Each of our consultants has a flat hourly rate. When you talk to us, we’ll send you an invoice at the end of the month. When you don’t talk to us, we won’t. Some folks schedule calls weekly, some do once in a blue moon. We’re here for all of it.

We’re sorry to hear that., and we get it. Our own experiences in this space led to our confidentiality, or “invisible”, practices. We don’t sell templates because we think it’s important for you to own your own materials and have a solid understanding of your policies, contracts, verbiage, and why they work specifically for you. We won’t share the work we create for you with anyone else (or share any of your proprietary materials) - ever.

You will start out with an introductory conversation with our founder to learn more about your specific needs and goals. From there, she will advise on which consultant/s are aligned with your project and personality and you will be off to the races! If there are specific consultants you’d rather not work with due to location, potential conflicts of interest, or any other reason, let us know. (Similarly, if there’s someone you are particularly excited about working with, we’d love to know!) You are never assigned or “matched” to consultants - you’re in charge.

Our consultants set their own rates, both hourly or for a specific project you’re looking for help with. Hourly rates range between $150 - $350 per hour, depending on your needs and the project scale.

We sure will! We love working on leadership development with the employees you’re training up to fill your shoes one day. In our experience, it’s best to start with a longer session with you so that we can define goals and areas to focus on before being introduced to anyone on your team.
